After 7 years of being home based, in 2022 I made the exciting move to a shop, I cannot wait to welcome you to the new home of STC...

If you arrive early for your appointment & the door is locked, never fear, I am probably on a lunch/dinner break or picking up kids and will be back open just prior to your appointment time.

Parking

Please note my preferred parking locations for your visit,

the back carpark is only for use after 6pm and on weekends.

 

9am-4pm - Street parking on Cavendish Road

 

4pm-6pm - (Cavendish road is a clearway at this time)

I suggest parking on the opposite side of Cavendish road, Old Cleveland Road (outside Coorparoo State School) or Halstead street.

 

After 6pm & Weekends - Tarlina Lane carpark (behind the salon)

 

Lateness, Cancellation & No show policy

​

 

I am so grateful to my loyal clients who keep me busy, it does however mean evenings are often fully booked with waitlists. This doesn't allow for much movement when it comes to arriving late, I will always do my best to accomodate you however please note if you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment, given my booking slots are only 15 minutes, there may be a chance I won't be able to fit you in. Please contact me via text if you are running late.

 

​My cancellation policy is as follows - Cancel for free up to 4 hours ahead, otherwise you can be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellation.

​

My no show policy is as follows - 100% charge for not showing up.

​

To secure a booking via my website, you are required to enter card details - you will not be charged for your appointment until you arrive in salon. I keep these card details via my secure booking system in the event of a no show/late cancellation.
